Note:
- NOTE: Each accepted paper (main conference + journal track) requires at least one (1) author to have performed one Regular Registration before June 1, 2026 (including payment) in order to include and publish the paper in the conference proceedings.
- Each accepted paper requires at least one author to have performed a full main conference registration (Regular registration, i.e., a student registration will not suffice) in order for the paper to be included and published in the conference or workshop proceedings.
- One regular registration covers a maximum of three papers by the same author (this also includes workshop papers).
- Authors of papers accepted into the ICDAR-IJDAR journal track must follow the same registration guidelines as authors of other accepted papers at the main conference.
Cancellation
For any cancellation or alteration of your registration, the organizers must be notified in writing by e-mail at [email protected].
Registration cancellations
- Until May 31st 2026: 50% refund of the registration fee
- From June 1st 2026 onwards: No refund granted
