Oral Presentations (Conference and Journal Papers)
Oral presenters will have 20 minutes to present within their session:
- 15 minutes for presentation
- 5 minutes for Q&A
The corresponding author of every paper assigned for an oral presentation will receive a link to upload the slides in the week before ICDAR. Please upload the slides at least one day before the presentation takes place.
Accepted formats: PPTX, PDF
Poster Requirements
Poster Size: Portrait orientation up to A0 (841 x 1189mm)

Poster Printing
If you require poster printing, you may send your poster file (pdf) to DEADLINE passed. Please submit your poster by 12 August 2026 to ensure it can be printed in time.
The cost for printing an A0 poster is €80. Payment can be made at the registration desk by credit card or cash.
